In the light to the current position we are all in at the moment with the COVID - 19 virus, based on the current government guidance we will continue to hire out our inflatables if people still require them. We are taking the Corona virus incredibly seriously.
If you wish to cancel your booking that is fine, or you can move your hire to another date as many times as you require. If you have paid a booking fee, we will move the £20 booking fee to another date of your choice within this 12 months.We will not cancel on you unless we have to.
If your booking is for a venue we can change it to your garden, children will still need to burn off their energy and this is a great way to entertain them and get some fresh air. We carry our disinfectant and clean all inflatables on set up.
As long as the government deems it safe, we will still operate as normal.
For your piece of mind, we do clean all of our top quality, safe inflatables often and always after each hire, we use top quality disinfectant to clean all of our inflatables on each set up, when we do our safety checks, this is not new, this is something that we have always done and will continue to do. Our drivers are using sanitiser before and after each hire.
For the safety of all our customers we would urge all our customers to ensure they abide by all government advice on self-isolation, hand washing and other preventive measures to protect themselves and those around them. If the position changes we will provide updates.
It is a very difficult time for everyone so we will greatly appreciate your on-going support.
