We are pleased to be supplying you with one of our bouncy castles, inflatables, or soft play, please find your copy of the inflatable hire agreement printed below. (You will sign the original personalised copy on the time of booking, that document will be retained by ourselves) If you wish to cancel your hire because you do not agree with any of our terms, please contact us immediately, and we will cancel your booking, as the units unfortunately cannot be hired without your acceptance of our terms. 07889 180197 - 077692 64913

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE. (The work UNIT in terms & conditions means any other inflatable if not a bouncy castle)

These are the Terms & Conditions of Hire from Roxies Bouncy Castles. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. The company Roxies Bouncy Castles Hire accept no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you. Please ensure the delivery driver has easy access to erect the inflatable onto a clean flat lawn. Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the area is unsuitable e.g. (sloping or is unclean) full payment still has to be made. THE CASTLES SHOULD NEVER BE MOVED BY ANYONE OTHER THANK THE UNIFORMED DRIVERS THAT SET UP THE UNIT. Roxies Bouncy Castle Hire reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. i.e. (in really bad weather, if more than a light shower we may cancel for safety reasons.)

  1. Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 14 years old, unless you hire a family inflatable. Any Child taller than the inside wall are NOT permitted to use the unit. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ADULTS ENTER ONTO THE UNIT, unless a family inflatable, as this may result in damage to the inflatable. Unless the castle is for Adults. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named on this agreement.
  2. Please make us aware on arrival, of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
  3. The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit. Booking fee is no-refundable. Late cancellations are to be charged at the rate of 50%. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the inflatable and you WILL be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing on its return.
  4. No signs are to be glued/taped or hung on the unit at all.
  5. You the Hirer/Supervisor are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire to you and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of our inflatables whilst it is on hire to you. Roxies Bouncy Castles, Will not accept any loss damage or injury caused to or by one of our Inflatables or units.
  6. You must endure that there is adequate Supervision at ALL TIMES when the inflatable is in use. The inflatables cannot be left unattended. Do not let people use the inflatable when it is been deflated.
  7. If hired overnight, all accessories MUST be stored indoors and your garden must be secure. When not in use the castle is to be covered with the additional cover supplied by ourselves.
  8. Children must remove their shoes before using the inflatable and children must be prevented from climbing up, sitting on the wall/barriers of the inflatable.
  9. No rough play. Not too many children on inflatable at one time. When supervising you will know how many person are safe at one time.
  10. NO, Smoking, Food, Drink, Glasses, Belts, Sharp Clothing, Silly String Party Poppers and Pets are forbidden on all our inflatable units.
  11. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.
  12. All units are checked on delivery and you signing indicates acceptance of the inflatable being in good clean condition.
  13. Only our delivery driver in uniform, are authorised to Collect or Move the Inflatable and under No circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone or be Moved, other than our delivery driver in our uniform.
  14. Extreme causation is to be taken with extension cables and the blower. The blower is not to be covered by anything.
  15. If raining Leave Inflatable Inflated and prevent use. Please use towels to dry the base of the castle before reuse as it will become slippery. It will cause bubbling in the seams do not be alarmed.
  16. SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY AT ALL TIMES. STOP any Horse Play. Do not use in High winds or very bad weather. Only safe amount of children on inflatable at any one time.
  17. On hard standing, for safety reasons, we use thunder bolts to stake down inflatables. These will leave a small hole the size of a pencil, although no damage will occur, we will not be responsible for any further damage this might cause. If you do not want this, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot do this on block paving blocks.
  18. Please make sure you answer the door, when we deliver, as we may not have time to return at other times. Charges may occur.
  19. It is your responsibility to make sure the inflatable you choose will fit in a room or garden. Small rooms with low ceiling, you will need to choose a low height bouncy castle. If we turn up and the inflatable does not fit you will still be charged for the inflatable, and we may not have the time to come back with a different inflatable. Extra Charges will apply if we have to return.
  20. Delivery area must match delivery postcode where you require set up of your items, or your booking will be cancelled, or a maximum delivery charge will applied.
  21. If delivery of your item is to go through a house or building, we will not be responsible for any damage caused, please move all breakables, and cover flooring and make a clear space. It would also be helpful to move cars so we can get past them safely.
  22. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to accept delivery, as we may not have time to return at other times. Charges will occur.
  23. If extra paperwork is required, e.g. copies of insurance. There is an extra administration charge.
  24. Extra charge will occur for 3rd party payment.
  25. By accepting the inflatable item, You, agree that you are entering into a contract confirming that you understand you are responsible for any loss, damage or injury, and that you abide by the above terms and conditions of this contract

Please sign to confirm that you have read and accept the above conditions, that you and all persons using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person signing and named on booking form, and hiring the equipment are responsible for all damage, injury caused. Roxies Bouncy Castles cannot be responsible for any injury damaged caused. By signing you the hirer/supervisor agree that you are entering into a contract confirming that you are responsible for any loss damage or injury, and that you abide by the above conditions, and understand that this contract specifies that no-one over the age of 14 will use the unit. Only safe amount of children on the inflatable at any one time, children must be able to bounce safely, without bumping into each other. Please use common sense.

By signing you agree that you are entering into a contract confirming that you understand you the named hirer named on booking form, are responsible for any loss, damage or injury, and that you abide by the above terms and conditions of this contract.

Weather Assurance 🌦️

Weather can be unpredictable, but that shouldn't spoil your fun! If the day of your hire brings light rain, our inflatables can still be enjoyed with a bit of extra care, towels and supervision. However, in case of severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or high winds, we prioritize safety and may need to cancel the booking. Rest assured, there are no cancellation charges, and we offer the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your hire to a convenient date. 🚀

WEATHER ON THE DAY OF YOUR HIRE

If it is just light rain and you still choose to hire your inflatable, Inflatables are not fully protected from rain, in wet weather, towels are required for feet and base of the inflatable. Extra care and supervision should be taken. We will contact you in heavy rain or wind if we need to cancel. You can cancel your booking on the day, no charge.

In heavy rain or winds, for health and safety reasons we may need to cancel your inflatable, we will contact you on the morning.

Sorry, but for hygiene reasons we do not hire soft play outside in rain, wet damp days sorry. WE WILL CALL YOU ON THE MORNING OF YOUR HIRE IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WEATHER.

Due to guidance issued by HSE and governing bodies, in the interest of safety for the children using the inflatable we may have to cancel your booking.

This is not a decision taken lightly and is only done so to ensure no child is injured with an inflatable, that is not secure in winds higher than 24mph.

Other professional companies should also, Not set up inflatables in high winds.

Hot Weather & Inflatables – Don't Panic! Just Plan.

✅Here are some practical tips to help you keep things running smoothly:

🌲Position Smartly – We will try to Set up the inflatable in shaded areas where possible, or use natural shade (trees, fences, buildings). Avoid direct sun during the peak heat (usually 12–3pm).

🤾‍♂️We Recommend Socks & Coverings – A light pair of socks and thin long-sleeved tops or leggings can help prevent hot surfaces from contacting skin directly.

💦 Don’t Use Water to Cool the inflatable – it can make surfaces even hotter by acting like a magnifying glass.

🥤 Hydration & Sun cream Are a Must – Common sense still rules: plenty of fluids, regular shade breaks, and sunscreen top-ups for everyone.

❌ Cancelling events? Not necessary. Just take precautions, keep an eye on kids, and you’ll be absolutely fine.

💛 Hot weather doesn’t mean no fun – just smart play.
