Please note, we do receive lots of requests from charities every day, who ask us to provide free or discounted inflatables. If we supported every charity that ask, we would not be in business. So unfortunately we cant help every charity that asks for our help.

Each year we do help many charities with good causes and a charity number, we just cant help them all.

We have to take into account a few things, fuel, and vehicle maintenance, staff wages, insurance, time, products and ware and tare. We do try to work with individual customers, and charities. It is just not possible to help everyone.

Please try not to put us on the spot by asking for a free castle for a charity, it does make us feel bad when we have to say no. We choose so many charities throughout the year that we do support.

We do hope you understand how bad we feel when we have to say no. We wish you all great success on your fundraising, and hope to be able to help in the future. We are so sorry we cant help you all.
