We hired a bouncy castle and soft play for our daughters 4th birthday and everything went perfectly! The guys that set up and put away were very polite and friendly, the equipment was clean and just as described. Would definitely use again - thank you ☺️

We hired the didi cars and giant Lego bricks for my sons 6th party (venue already provided bouncy castle) The kids absolutely loved the cars and the bricks were perfect for the younger children… they were friendly and helpful when delivering and picking up the items, will 100% recommend and will be using these again! My little boy had his 2nd birthday party! Roxies helped me so much for the right bouncy castle and the right size to fit inside the hall! He absolutely loved it! Nice and fast on arrival can’t complain at all! Will definitely book again! 🦕💙

Booked a bouncy castle and the large lego for an indoor birthday party today. I saw the snow outside and was so worried they would be late or not be able to get there at all. They were bang on time and set it up in no time. Pick up they were running slightly late but rang and let me know (like 5-10 minutes only and really unavoidable with the state of the roads). Would definitely recommend, very easy and professional service.

I couldn’t recommend Roxies Bouncy Castles anymore. When I went to book a few weeks ago they had no availability on the date of my daughters party. I messaged and they did everything they could do fit us in. We have used them many times before and I can’t fault the price, delivery, service, quality and variety of the inflatables. Thank you so much…you made our daughters birthday 🥰🥰 wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Would recommend! We hired a bouncy castle for our sons birthday party and extended to overnight hire at the last minute. Communication was great, bouncy castle was obviously very clean(when it rained on us lots of suds appeared!), set up was swift and efficient! Overall great value for money and we shall do this again I’m sure of it 👍

We booked at quite short notice.. They came. Promptly. At agreed time. With bouncy castle. That was clean and as expected. My son had a lovely day and the two men who dropped off and collected were friendly. Thank you.

Hired the Pokemon bouncy castle for my sons birthday on Saturday. it was lovely and clean, setup at 10am then taken down at 7pm so kids had fun all day. Will definitely use again.

Friendly staff, amazing castles and told me I could ring them for early collection. I rang them to say they could come get the castle early and they were here within 10 mins to get the castle. I wasn’t made to feel an inconvenience at all. Will definitely use again! Thank you for a brilliant day 😊

We ordered a bouncy castle for our daughters 1st birthday and loved it!! It was delivered early and collected late afternoon the next day which meant that our little one got to play on it lots. The staff were great, very efficient and friendly. communication before was great aswell with nothing being too much. 100% recommend and will definitely use this company again

Brilliant service. Was worried about having to cancel due to weather and it was no issue at all to rearrange if needed. Less than 10 minutes to set up and pick up. Kids loved it. Would 100% use again.

Great service, well mannered delivery drivers. The kids had great fun on the assault course 👍 a later pick up time would have been better for an after school party though- we had to pay an over night charge to have it past 6pm

second year running I’ve hired from Roxies! Excellent service friendly team. My daughters birthday was on a Monday so she didn’t get to use it until after school and Roxies let us keep until the next day, my kids were so happy and I am so grateful also comes with a cover ideal with how the weather is lately. Had it for a good amount of time too. Would definitely recommend. All clean and Covid safe too. Thankyou again for such an amazing service will be booking again soon x

This is the second year in a row we have hired from Roxies! Fab service both times, easy booking online and friendly team. Set up and taken down in no time. Great choice of castles. My son loved his minecraft slide castle last year and sklanders this year. Had it for a good amount of time too. Drop off is between 7am-12, this is the only thing I think could be improved to be given a rough time slot within an hour but I never asked so maybe this is something possible. Would definitely recommend. All clean and Covid safe too.

My son had the best birthday thanks to the Thomas bouncy castle! The kids all loved it too! It was so nice seeing them all having fun after the awful year everyone’s been through! Hi, thank you so much for the LOL Surprise castle with slide hire yesterday, both of my girls thought that it was an awesome birthday treat (a whole bouncy castle between two of them). Staff were very professional and courteous, equipment fully set up and disinfected with no fuss, collection time as expected, all very helpful and attentive during communication, helping me to find the right size castle for my small garden. wouldn't hesitate to book Roxies bouncy castles again in the future.
