Hire terms & hygiene ⚠️
- For hygiene reasons, this soft play is not hired out for outdoor use in rain, wet or damp conditions. Dry days only outside.
- If outdoor hire is booked and weather becomes wet, you will be asked to choose an alternative indoor-safe item.
- Items supplied may vary slightly from images but will match the pastel theme and safety standards.
- Adult supervision required at all times.

Our Soft Play Package is a great set for the smaller children, with soft play mats, soft high quality soft pastel coloured shapes and blocks, bouncy animals, ball ball pool, great for parties in halls or venues for the children to have their own soft play room.
this soft play is not suitable for outside hire. if raining or bad wet weather it will be cancelled sorry. You will have the choice of a bouncy castle.
For hall bookings and venues, we set up at times to suit you, please leave a note times and any additional info on the booking form.
Please note setup times are anytime between 7.30am and 11.45 and collections start from 6pm on the evening,

- NOT Suitable for OUTSIDE hires, no outside hire in cold damp days or winter months.
- Delivered and set up only by our uniformed staff
- Full payment to be paid on setup on the day cash or card
- Items are never to be moved only by our uniformed staff
- Must be supervised by an adult at all times
- If require late collection. over night hire is advisable.
- Please note for a hall/venue booking, We can set up at times to suit you. Garden Hires - Delivery times are between 7.30am and before 11.45 collections start from 6pm

- We deliver to you, and supply everything that is needed, we set the inflatable up for you and do safety checks and make sure the inflatable is safe, clean and you are happy with where it is set up. We supply the Blowers, safety mats and 50mt water proof cables, stakes or sand bags are supplied by us, we just need a power socket from you, we go over all the health and safety regulations and make sure you understand how to use the inflatable and all the dos and don'ts, we will even leave you with paper work with instruction in writing and in pictures for you to keep, with a contact number just in case you need us. All you have to do is enjoy your day and make lots of happy memories, we then arrive at a time agreed or after 6pm to collect your inflatable and leave you all to relax.
SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES
- If require late collection. over night hire is advisable.
Please make us aware on arrival, of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
