Please note setup times are anytime between 7.30am and 12pm and collections start from 6pm on the evening, If in a venue we will deliver at times requested.

  • Requires at least 2ft space around unit
  • Delivered and set up only by our uniformed staff
  • Full payment to be paid on setup cash or card
  • Includes safety mats, Cables, Pegs, local delivery set up and collection
  • Castles are never to be moved only by our uniformed staff
  • Area must be clean
  • No Cancellation fee if it rains, Our inflatables are not fully protected from rain, in wet weather, towels are required for feet and base of the castles. Extra care should be taken.
  • On hard standing for safety reasons we may have to use thunder bolts, these will leave a small hole the size of a pencil, although no damage will accrue, if you do not want this please let us know, although no damage will accrue. we will not be responsible for any further damaged this might cause, These are required for safety reasons as sand bags are not always heavy enough to hold these sort of inflatables.
  • Must be supervised by an adult at all time
  • If require late collection. over night hire is advisable.
  • Please note unless you are a hall/venue booking, delivery times are between 7.30am and before 12 noon collections start from 6pm, this is to keep our prices low for you, we set up routes to keep prices down on fuel deliveries

Please make us aware on arrival, of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
