- Delivered and set up only by our uniformed staff
- Full payment to be paid on setup cash or card

- Castles are never to be moved only by our uniformed staff
- No Cancellation fee if it rains
- Please note unless you are a hall/venue booking, delivery times are between 8.30am and before 12 noon collections start from 6pm, this is to keep our prices low for you, we set up routes to keep prices down on fuel deliveries

After making your Booking, Please check your emails for confirmation, it may be in your spam folder, we will confirm via emails, you will also receive confirmation email a few days before your hire to confirm your detail are correct, so please check the details, thank you
Please make us aware on arrival, of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
- If require late collection. over night hire is advisable.
- We deliver to you, and supply everything that is needed, we set the inflatable up for you and do safety checks and make sure the inflatable is safe, clean and you are happy with where it is set up. We supply the Blowers, safety mats and 50mt water proof cables, stakes or sand bags are supplied by us, we just need a power socket from you, we go over all the health and safety regulations and make sure you understand how to use the inflatable and all the dos and don'ts, we will even leave you with paper work with instruction in writing and in pictures for you to keep, with a contact number just in case you need us. All you have to do is enjoy your day and make lots of happy memories, we then arrive at a time agreed or after 6pm to collect your inflatable and leave you all to relax.

- Safety is our biggest priority. We're pride ourselves on it. We also aim to provide good value, great professional service and bring fun, with lots of memories to treasure.
- On hard standing for safety reasons we do have to use thunder bolts, these will leave a small hole the size of a pencil, although no damage will accrue, if you do not want this please let us know, although no damage will accrue. we will not be responsible for any further damaged this might cause, Bolting not available on block paving.
