• Safety is our biggest priority. We're pride ourselves on it. We also aim to provide good value, great professional service and bring fun, with lots of memories to treasure.
• We deliver to you, and supply everything that is needed, we set the inflatable up for you and do safety checks and make sure the inflatable is safe, clean and you are happy with where it is set up. We supply the Blower ,safety mats and 50mt water proof cables, stakes or sand bags are supplied by us, we just need a power socket from you, we go over all the health and safety regulations and make sure you understand how to use the inflatable and all the dos and don’ts we will even leave you with paper work with instruction in writing and in pictures for you to keep, with a contact number just in case you need us. All you have to do is enjoy your day and make lots of happy memories, we then arrive at a time agreed or after 6pm to collect your inflatable and leave you all to relax.

WEATHER ON THE DAY OF YOUR HIRE

In really heavy rain or winds, for health and safety reasons we may have to cancelled your inflatables we will contact you on the morning. Sorry, but for hygiene reasons we do not hire soft play outside in rain, wet damp days sorry. WE WILL CALL YOU ON THE MORNING OF YOUR HIRE IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WEATHER.

Towels are recommended for feet and base of the castle, shower covers are fitted on most of our inflatables but they still do get wet.

Inflatables are not fully protected from rain, in wet weather, towels are required for feet and base of the inflatables. Extra care and supervision should be taken. We will contact you in heavy rain or wind if we need to cancel. You can cancel your booking on the day.

Due to guidance issued by HSE and governing bodies, in the interest of safety for the children using the inflatable we may have to cancel your booking.

This is not a decision taken lightly and is only done so to ensure no child is injured with an inflatable, that is not secure in winds higher than 24mph.

Other professional companies should also, Not set up inflatables in high winds.
