Setup, access and use
We deliver and erect the Santa Grotto 10x10ft on-site. Our crew handles assembly, positioning, and safety checks. You provide your own Santa to meet and greet. Please note: our Santa is not available, as he’s busy wrapping pressies and checking his lists. 🎅📝

For hall VENUE bookings please leave a note times and any additional information on the booking form. WE WILL DELIVER AT TIMES REQUESTED
- If require late collection. over night hire is advisable.
- We deliver to you, and supply everything that is needed, we set the inflatable up for you and do safety checks and make sure the inflatable is safe, clean and you are happy with where it is set up. We supply the Blowers, safety mats and 50mt water proof cables, stakes or sand bags are supplied by us, we just need a power socket from you, we go over all the health and safety regulations and make sure you understand how to use the inflatable and all the do's and don'ts, we will even leave you with paper work with instruction in writing and in pictures for you to keep, with a contact number just in case you need us. All you have to do is enjoy your day and make lots of happy memories, we then arrive at a time agreed or anytime after 6pm to collect your inflatable and leave you all to relax.
SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES

- Suitable for indoor and outdoor hires, please check height of the venue
- Requires at least 2ft space around unit
- Delivered and set up only by our uniformed staff
- Full payment to be paid on setup cash or card or bank transfer
- Includes safety mats, Cables, Pegs
- Castles are never to be moved only by our uniformed staff
- No Cancellation fee if it rains

- On hard standing for safety reasons we do have to use thunder bolts, these will leave a small hole the size of a pencil, although no damage will accrue, if you do not want this please let us know, although no damage will accrue. we will not be responsible for any further damaged this might cause, Bolting not available on block paving.
